Our school hours are set to help accommodate the needs of our families as best as possible. Early drop off is now available at 8:00 AM. Morning classes are from 9:00A – 12:00P. Full day hours are 9:00A – 4:00P. Late pick up can be available until 4:30P. Please contact the office if there is a need for these services. Please note that additional fees do apply.

ABC is licensed for 72 preschool age children (2y9m-6y) Enrollment is limited so that the children will receive individual attention in small groups. Children are grouped closely according to their age. Classrooms range from eight to twelve children. Each class has their own classroom teacher, and there are floating classroom assistants

We currently use the BRIGHTWHEEL software system at ABC. This versatile platform provides families the ability to message teachers and admin and allows staff to share pictures and short videos of their students that are delivered right to parents phones and computers! Each family is provided safe access to the app upon enrollment.

The day is divided into small time segments. Each day begins with free play in the class rooms during which children make their own choices from the toys, books, puzzles, games, blocks, and other activities. The rest of the day is divided into 20 – 30 minute segments which include time for music, our discovery center, outdoor play, drama

Each day begins with free play in the class rooms during which children make their own choices from the toys, books, puzzles, games, blocks, and other activities. The rest of the day is divided into 20 – 30 minute segments which include time for music, our discovery center, outdoor play, dramatic play, structured academic time, story time, and snack time. We provide a variety of seasonal arts and crafts, skill building activities, nature study, science exploration and cooking projects. Our curriculum is based on the Massachusetts Department of Education Preschool Learning Guidelines while incorporating the Learning Without Tears program into both the 3 and 4 year old classrooms.
